I would like to thank you for the excellent service you provided to me this week. Your employee, Chris was fabulous. Chris did an excellent job for me, under difficult conditions (narrow stairway, older, unique house, confined space to work in, etc.) He was left alone in the house with my 90 year old blind father and elderly mother, and was kind, considerate and extremely helpful to them... above and beyond the call of duty. You have an excellent employee there. My bathtub looks wonderful...
